High-Load Vertical Pump Guide Bearings for 2.8m Impeller

At the newly constructed Qinhuai River Hydraulic Hub Pump Station in Jiangsu Province, Techemer delivered a complete set of water-lubricated guide bearings for large open-type vertical pumps.

Each unit features:

• Impeller diameter: 2.8 meters
• Single-unit flow rate: 25 m³/s
• Pump type: Open vertical axial-flow pump

This project required a bearing system capable of handling extreme hydraulic load variations under bidirectional flow conditions for both water diversion and flood drainage operations.
