INDRON®PLYHRBR – Rough Material for Pump Marine Bearing Bushing
INDRON® PlyhRBR is a high-performance composite material made of an elastoplastic polymeralloy (referred to as elastoplastic alloy). lt features several key characteristics and advantages.
The yellow layer is hard material, while the black layer is soft material. The black material is more wear resistant in the river with lot of sediment. But it is difficult to do freezing or interface installation for the black material due to low hardness. Therefore we need to use the yellow layer  as well so that the black layer can be installed sturdily in the bushing.
The yellow layer is the casing support layer, providing structural support for the black wear-resistant layer. Without the yellow layer, the black layer alone cannot be directly frozen or interference fitted, making the yellow casing layer essential.

Applying advanced bonding technology, INDRON® PlyhRBR incorporates long-lasting lubricating microcrystals and extreme pressure particles onto the surface-activated interpenetrating network polymer alloy wear-resistant material. This composition provides the material with low friction and low wear properties, effectively reducing the wear on the friction pairs. lt is the most wear-resistant grade among lNDRON® elastoplastic alloys, performing excellently even in media withhigh sand content.
The material is resistant to weather and corrosion,maintaining stable performance under various conditions. it does not swell significantly in oil, and even when oil is present in water, it is not prone to aging.
Overall, INDRON® PlyhRBR is a robust, reliable material suited for demanding applications where wear resistance, performance stability, and environmental durability are critical.
The surface hardness of INDRON® PlyhRBR is relatively low, allowing it to accommodate and embed abrasive particles. These particles are then transferred from the friction pair to the water trough and discharged, which helps maintain the integrity of the material.
INDRON® PlyhRBR offers excellent performance stability, effectively preventing issues such as shaft seizure during long periods of inactivity, such as when docked at a port.
lt has a long service life, remains soft, and does not wearthe shaft (or sleeve).
