Techemer TSTN is an advanced elastoplastic composite material engineered for high-performance water-lubricated bearing applications. The material matrix integrates durable self-lubricating microcrystals and extreme-pressure particles, forming a stable multi-phase composite structure.

This engineered composition provides an optimal balance between low friction and high wear resistance, ensuring consistent performance under demanding operating conditions.
INDRON® TSTN elastoplastic alloy
Techemer TSTN elastoplastic alloy is an extremely ideal wear-resistant lubricating material, which shows a small volume wear both in dry friction and in medium liquid, and is more durable than other sliding bearing materials. TSTN supports reliable dry-start capability and performs effectively in environments where lubrication may be intermittent or insufficient. Its resistance to adhesive wear makes it particularly suitable for heavy-duty bearing systems subjected to high loads and cyclic stress.


With controlled deformation characteristics and excellent dimensional stability, TSTN helps protect the shaft surface while extending bearing service life.

Techemer TSTN bearing has excellent performance of self-liquid lubrication and wear resistance, which is widely suitable for guide bearings, thrust bearings, impeller rings, etc. of various water pumps. Yanlong® bearings can provide integrated, split, bearing bush, slat bearing bushes, centrifugal coating D and multi-layer PLYDX to meet the needs of various pump types.

Applications
