Production process
Order Confirmation
Once we receive a customer order, our team reviews all technical specifications and delivery requirements. We evaluate existing tooling, raw material inventory, and production capacity to confirm a feasible timeline and initiate the manufacturing plan.
Material Preparation
Based on the order requirements, we prepare a customized polymer formulation. All raw materials are precisely weighed and mixed in strict accordance with formulation sheets. The mixture is then degassed and handled in a controlled environment to ensure purity and performance consistency.
Mold Preparation
Prior to casting, the molds are carefully cleaned, coated with release agent, and preheated to the target temperature (typically 100–110°C). This step ensures optimal surface quality and proper polymer flow during casting.
Polymer Casting & Curing
The prepared material is poured into the preheated mold and undergoes an in-mold reaction. After initial curing, the part is demolded and moved to a temperature-controlled oven for annealing. This process relieves internal stresses and enhances the mechanical stability of the polymer blank.
Precision Machining (if required)
If the product requires finishing, the cured polymer blank is sent for precision machining — such as turning, grooving, or fitting with metal backings. All machining is performed according to detailed drawings and technical standards to ensure exact dimensional conformity.
