Product Description
INDRON® TSTN is a high-performance self-lubricating and wear-resistant material, specifically designed for heavy-duty applications such as water pump guide bearings, marine rudder bearings, and stern bearings.
Its unique elastoplastic alloy combines micro-crystalline structures with high-efficiency anti-pressure particles, achieving an exceptional balance of low friction and high wear resistance. It performs reliably even under dry-start conditions or insufficient lubrication.
Key Advantages
Self-Lubricating and Wear-Resistant
INDRON® TSTN incorporates durable self-lubricating particles, offering low wear in both dry friction and medium liquid environments, surpassing traditional sliding bearing materials in durability.
Dry-Start and Lubrication Flexibility
Designed to withstand insufficient or intermittent lubrication, the material effectively prevents adhesive wear, making it suitable for challenging operating conditions.
Outstanding Load-Bearing Capacity
The dynamic surface pressure can reach up to 10 MPa, supporting high-load operations with ease.
Versatile Applications
Ideal for guide bearings, thrust bearings, impeller rings, and more across various types of pumps. Available in multiple configurations, including integrated, split, bush bearings, centrifugal coatings, and multi-layer structures, to meet diverse customer needs.
Eco-Friendly and Highly Durable
The material delivers superior performance and longevity under various conditions, including muddy water, clean water, non-lubrication, and impact loads, reducing maintenance costs and improving reliability.

Characteristics |
The performance is close thordon, which can use more equipment assembly methods. In addition to traditional installations by freezing and pressurizing. It can also be installed by coating reactive thermal polymerization Dx and cold sticking. |
It has a long history and mature manufacturing process, featured by wear resistance, anti-seismic, impact resistance, convenient assembly/disassembly and low price (only 20% of ceramic bearings price) |
Wear resistance and impact resistance require a set of more complicated sealing and lubricating devices and mechanisms. |

Application site |
For pumping stations short of clean water or pumping stations requiring short-term dry friction, hRBR grade is suitable for water quality with moderate sediment content. |
Extensive application in any pumping stations with clean water sources. |
The liquid of the pump itself cannot be used for bearing lubrication in the pumping station. |
Why It Matters: INDRON® TSTN provides a reliable, long-lasting, and flexible solution for heavy-duty applications, catering to real-world demands with unmatched performance and value.
